Leading E-Commerce Marketing company in Orange County is looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join their team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manor
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Data entry
- Must have strong phone skills/call presence and email etiquette
- Experience working in very fast paced environment
- Experience working in Excel
- Knowledge of Magento would be a plus
- E-commerce customer service experience is a huge plus!
